Unabridged Literary Arts is thrilled to announce our inaugural event — book launch and reading with Philip V McHarris from first book "Beyond Policing" and film screening with Martin Hawk, an excerpt of "Pressure Gradient."

Philip V. McHarris is a writer and assistant professor in the Frederick Douglass Institute and Department of Black Studies at the University of Rochester.

Martin Hawk is an abolitionist filmmaker based in Rochester, New York.

This event will be held at the UUU Art Collective at 153 State Street, Rochester, New York on August 1st at 7PM.
