With an already impressive string of events and public programs under our belt, we are looking to take things to the next level by establishing a home base of our own in 2025. We can get there with your help! Ticket sales, auction proceeds, and all other donations will help us meet our financial goals and continue our impactful community work.

The Fine Print
(A.K.A FAQ)
Q: Event Attire
A: We suggest semi-formal attire / black tie optional, but our event is inclusive to all. Put on your favorite party-going outfit and join us in an intimate, positive atmosphere for the celebration of the year!
Q: Why Moonlight and Manuscripts
A: The moon has deep symbolic significance in art and literature. Its changing phases inspire us to explore conflicts within and without, and its versatility — mystery and terror, beauty and introspection — evokes a whole spectrum of the human experience. For these reasons, and the fact that our gala falls on the full moon in the constellation of Taurus, the moon makes the perfect muse for conversations on literature, art, and the fight for human dignity.
Q: Parking
A: There is a parking lot behind the building on Pitkin Street.
